Sunset Harbor has ample indoor and outdoor boat storage, providing superior year-round storage options for all our customers.

Outdoor Slips

For your convenience, Sunset Harbor offers both traditional pier slips for powerboats to 29′ LOA, and premium bulkhead slips for powerboats to 45′ LOA and up to 17′ wide. Our bulkhead slips have 16′ finger piers for easy boarding.

All slips have a 30 Amp shore power outlet and water connection. Twin 30 Amp service is available on select slips at an additional cost and subject to availability. There is plenty of parking available for bulkhead slipholders very close to the slips. Pier slipholders have a dedicated loading and unloading area, with parking nearby.

Wet slips are rented on an annual all-inclusive basis. In addition to the seasonal use of the slip, your utility costs are included, winter haulout and bottom powerwash is included, outside dry winter storage is included and the labor to re-paint the boat bottom and replace the anodes is included. Your only extra costs are for bottom painting materials and anodes, provided at a competitive price.

Indoor Boatel

Fully Enclosed Boatel

Our fully enclosed boatel is one-of-a-kind in the area, with a fire protection system second to none. The 22,000 pound capacity Wiggins Forklift can safely handle express boats to 34′ long and performance boats to 38′. The boatel also accommodates boats up to 50′ for indoor winter storage.
